Dr. Trevor Li, is the President of Fujian Technology Market Association, former Deputy Director of Science and Technology Department of Fujian Province, former Deputy Director of the Scientific Research Department of the Navy Commanding college of PLA, Senior Colonel of the Navy, and Ph.D in the field of Military Science.<\/p>\n

Joined the PLA in October, 1972, Dr. Li had served as Team Leader of the South China Sea Fleet of the Navy, staff officer, teacher of joint tactics at the Navy Institute, Associate Professor of the Science of Campaigns of the Navy, Deputy Director of the Teaching and Research Section, Tutor of Master Graduate Students, Deputy Commander of a Destroyer Flotilla of the East China Sea Fleet of the Navy. From 1992 to 1993, he served as a military observer of the UN in Cambodia and in l999, attended the International Conference on the Security of the Asia-Pacific Region.<\/p>\n

Dr. Li graduated successfully from the Navy Institute, the Foreign Language Institute of the PLA in Nanjing, the Commanding Institute of the Navy and the National Defense Command and Staff College of a certain foreign country and the National Defense University of the PLA. He accomplished such key scientific research subjects of the PLA as the Research of the Basic Theories of Campaigns, took part in the edition of The Military Encyclopaedia several times and coauthored The Joint Tactics of the Navy, The Science of Campaigns of the PLA, and The Research of Mao Zedong Military Thought in the Construction and Application of the Navy.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

In 2003, his doctoral dissertation was appraised as \u201cThe Nation\u2019s Distinguished Doctoral Dissertation\u201d by the Educational Committee of the Country. This paper was later compiled into a bilingual academic paper in Chinese and English and distributed nationwide.As Senior Colonel, Dr. Li has won twice the third-class merit citations of the PLA and has been awarded two UN peace-keeping medals.<\/p>\n

From 2007-2013, Dr. Li has served as the Deputy Director of Science and Technology Department of Fujian Province, and currently acts as the president of Fujian Technology Market Association since 2014.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
